Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

if something is damaged in the mail we can offer you store credit for the item(s), only with picture proof and email conformation of what you bought, and what was damaged. if you want your store credit you will need to pay to ship back the item(s) to us and once we receive them we can then issue you a code with your $ amount to use on your next order. 

once you have worn or put your jewelry on and it breaks it is not our fault. we can fix it for you, but your are responsible to pay to ship it back.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on finale sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

we do not offer refunds only store credit.

Order Cancelation:

orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. We work very hard to get you your order shipped out as soon as we are able.

once you receive the order, you can return it. you will need to pay to ship it back and you will receive store credit.
